CPD, IIRSM & Institute of Hospitality Approved
Level 5 food safety course will provide you with an overview of the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme’s operation, the scoring criteria and how inspectors evaluate them, the appeals procedure, the Safer Food Better Business management system, E-Coli, and will wrap up with some helpful advice for ensuring your establishment receives the highest possible level 5 food safety rating.
The Food Standards Agency approved a National Food Hygiene Rating System in December 2008. Now, it is available throughout Wales, Northern Ireland, and 99% of England.
The grading system is intended to ensure that companies that are managing level 5 food safety risks and are generally in compliance with food law will obtain a rating of three, and those that are doing so successfully will receive a rating of four or five. The ranking can, however, be significantly impacted by large errors in any of the assessment factors.
