Display Screen Equipment training is tailored to users and assessors of such. A ‘user’ is anyone who works with DSE for more than an hour a day. This includes items like computer monitors, laptops, tablets, TVs, smartphones, CNC control pads, and anything with a cathode ray tube. The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations outline the responsibilities of both employers and employees in regard to DSE safety. The course covers how to safely set up and use DSE to reduce the risk of work-related conditions.
