At the beginning of the sales skills training, you’ll get an overview of the essentials for sales people, such as the right mindset and self-assessment, along with your short, medium, and long-term objectives. We’ll discuss cold calling, how to prepare, what to say, and how to handle gatekeepers. Additionally, we’ll go over a standard face-to-face meeting – from how to start it, to asking questions and making effective presentations. We’ll also talk about how you can emphasize the results prospects can expect if they purchase, as well as ways to tap into their emotions. Lastly, we’ll review negotiation – ways to avoid it, if possible, what to say if you’re drawn in, and how you can use your negotiating skills to make the sale.
